PREREQUISITE:
-charge the phone well to be at least 70% of battery
-you must have rooted your phone and installed clockworkmod recover.
-download the android 4.1 rom
here and put it on the root folder of ur sd card( root folder is just the sd card. i.e not in any folder, just in the card)
